The hydrocarbon probe is the solution specifically designed to detect the presence of hydrocarbons in water.
It has applications in the oil, maritime, mining and agricultural industries, environmental control, etc.
It features a hermetic design that makes it waterproof. It can be installed in remote locations because, thanks to its low energy consumption, it can be powered solely by solar panels.
This probe works by sending 365nm UV light beams to the water's surface, exciting any hydrocarbon molecules present in the selected area. The sensor collects the signal and transmits the data to the Smartyplanet web platform, where it is processed thanks to its full compatibility.
