The DFTP1 Portable Ultrasonic Transit-Time Flow and Heat Meter is a SmartyPlanet product launched in 2013. It provides accurate and reliable ultrasonic flow and heat measurement, similar to other conventional portable transit-time meters. However, it also offers the advantages of wireless remote operation, a USB data port on the panel, and optional energy meter functionality, making it a powerful portable energy flow meter.
The rechargeable battery can work for over 50 hours, and it can also work with a 110VAC/220VAC power supply for long-term field weather monitoring.
The integrated operator allows for remote data reading, as the data transmission distance can reach up to 100m. This is very convenient for applications in oil pipelines and underground pipes.
The meter offers several outputs: Data storage function, 4~20mA, Frequency (for flow rate or total flow), Relay (for total flow or alarm), RS485 output (Modbus-RTU), wireless operator and GPRS.
