The grants are categorized into the following areas of action. These can be combined to offer a suitable solution for your company. The maximum grant amount will depend on the size of your company.

The Adhering Digital Advisor will be responsible for carrying out a series of activities to ensure the correct implementation of the basic data analysis plan:

Identify the data from your SME that improves the understanding of the available information.
Analyze the different options of artificial intelligence tools to exploit and visualize data, recommending the one that best suits the current situation of your SME and the investment needed for its adoption.
Establishing valuable information from data processing using artificial intelligence algorithms.
Advise you on how to use the data through the chosen tool.
Optionally, we can advise you on the processes of governance, management and data quality management in accordance with the UNE 0077 “Data Governance”, UNE 0078 “Data Management” and UNE 0079 “Data Quality Management” specifications.
Develop and execute a business-adapted use case in data analysis (basic level).
Identify opportunities or potential uses of AI in the field of data analysis.

To justify the service provided, the corresponding technical documentation and the results obtained must be provided, in accordance with the provisions of article 31.6a) of this order.

Advanced Data Analysis Consulting Service

If you already have a basic data analysis system, the main objective of this service is to provide you with a more advanced analysis plan tailored to the needs of your SME. This plan will determine the necessary investment and steps to establish an advanced data analysis system in your SME, prioritizing the establishment, improvement, automation, and learning of processes for data extraction and analysis.

The Digital Advisor will be responsible for carrying out a series of activities to ensure the correct implementation of the advanced data analysis plan:

Identify your SME's data, obtain its valuation, and evaluate its use in conjunction with other sources.
Generate and obtain valuable information from data processing using artificial intelligence algorithms to improve data-driven decision making.
To provide you with advice on understanding your SME's data and managing data management tools.
Optionally, we can advise you on the assessment of the capacity of governance, management and data quality management processes following the UNE 0080 specification “Guide for the assessment of Governance, Management and Data Quality Management” and the UNE 0081 specification “Guide for the assessment of data quality”.
Develop and implement a use case tailored to your SME using artificial intelligence techniques in data analysis (advanced level).

Analyze AI tools for data management, making recommendations based on the reality and investment capacity of your SME.
To guide you on how AI techniques can derive valuable information from existing data to drive strategic decision-making.
Train yourself in the strategic use of AI techniques in data management.
Develop and execute a business-adapted use case related to the application of artificial intelligence.

Analyze the current situation of your SME in digital sales, social media positioning and internet presence.
Raise awareness among your employees about the importance and techniques of online sales and digital marketing.
Define a medium and long-term online sales and digital presence strategy (social media, search engine optimization, Google Analytics, etc.), using AI-based predictive models.
Develop and implement a use case tailored to your SME using appropriate artificial intelligence techniques in the area of digital sales.
Identifying opportunities or potential uses of AI in the field of digital sales.

To justify the service provided, the corresponding technical documentation and the results obtained must be provided, in accordance with the provisions of article 31.6a) of this order.

Business Process or Production Process Consulting Service

The main objective of this service is to identify areas for improvement and optimization in your SME's current business processes, as well as to define a customized process improvement plan for key areas. Instead of focusing on a single business process, this consulting service can be geared towards optimizing one or more production or manufacturing processes. In either case, artificial intelligence techniques will be used, and a business-specific use case will be developed.

The Digital Advisor will be responsible for carrying out a series of activities to ensure the correct implementation of improvements in business or production processes:

Understand the strategic goals, key points and objectives of your SME and align them with a focus on digitalization, use of artificial intelligence and improvement of business processes (or, where applicable, the selected manufacturing process).
Analyze your current business processes to identify potential improvements. For production processes, we will analyze the selected manufacturing process, identifying areas of opportunity for efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
Effectively communicate to your SME employees the strategic relevance of process digitization, highlighting how this not only optimizes daily work but also strengthens competitiveness.
We provide expert advice on business process management and artificial intelligence tools, covering areas from sales and human resources to project management, with a focus on specific solutions to improve efficiency and quality. If, instead, a manufacturing process has been chosen, we will provide advice on tools and technology for optimizing and automating that production process.
Develop and implement a use case adapted to your SME, using appropriate techniques, for the optimization of a business process or, where applicable, a manufacturing process.
Identify opportunities or potential uses of AI in the field of business processes or, where applicable, production processes.
