The heated rain gauge SP-220.000 is the ideal solution for the measurement of precipitation under adverse conditions.

It is the perfect rain gauge for meteorological and hydroelectric stations or for water treatment.

The collecting bucket is built with POM which is a material that prevents dust and dirt from sticking to the bucket.

In this way the water collected is more easily released from the spoon.

The heated rain gauge has integrated a magnet that allows the bucket to empty quickly and return to its initial position.

At the bottom of the rain gauge is a space for a data logger. The collected data can be analyzed by the web platform Smartyplanet thanks to its total compatibility.

Description

The heated rain gauge SP-220.000 is the ideal solution for the measurement of precipitation under adverse conditions.
It is the perfect rain gauge for meteorological and hydroelectric stations or for water treatment.
It is designed so that water passing through the funnel (200cm2) is led to a tilting bucket held by a magnet that guarantees movement so that this bucket is self-emptying.
The magnet exerts sufficient tension so that the self-emptying movement is fast and the hub can return to its initial position in less than 300ms.
The bucket is built with POM which is a material that prevents dust and dirt from sticking in the bucket. In this way the water collected is more easily released.
At the bottom of the heated rain gauge is a space for a data logger. The collected data can be analyzed by the web platform Smartyplanet thanks to its total compatibility.
The installation of this rain gauge is simple and maintenance is minimal.
